Return Eligibility:

- Proof of Purchase: A receipt or order confirmation is required to process returns.
How to Initiate a Return:

- Prepare Your Package: Pack the items securely in their original packaging and include your RA number in the package.
- Ship the Return: Ship your return to the address provided by our customer service team. Ensure proper packaging to avoid damage during transit.
Refunds:
- Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about the approval of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.
- Payment Method: Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method.
- Shipping Costs: Shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Exchanges:
We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the unwanted item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product

Damaged or Defective Products:
